**Business Operations Intern**:
Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry and fragrance.
John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela. Whilst developing his own vision for the house, John Galliano has entirely respected the Martin Margiela state of mind, creating a fascinating organic process.
In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.

L'opportunità di stage consentirà al/alla tirocinante di conoscere da vicino le dinamiche di un'azienda strutturata del settore Tessile-Abbigliamento.

Il/la tirocinante sarà inserito/a all’interno dell’area **Business Operations**. Nello specifico, avrà l'opportunità di apprendere e supportare i colleghi nelle seguenti attività:

- Analisi dello stock e delle disponibilità in giacenza, in base alle diverse tipologie di magazzini e ubicazioni
- Gestione e creazione dei riassortimenti, con interfaccia alle funzioni di customer service
- Gestione delle disponibilità dei capi press e capi vip, inserimento e spedizione ordine
- Analisi delle vendite, dello stock, e dei forecast di vendita del pacchetto dei capi Permanent per corrispondente previsione di rilancio in produzione
- Analisi dell’avanzamento di produzione vs lanciato in produzione/spedito ai negozi di proprietà dei capi permanent.
- Coordinamento tra uffici sviluppo e programmazione della produzione per la gestione dei pre-ordini in fase di campagna vendita
- Gestione di back office per i negozi Europei di proprietà con relative operazioni di stock adjustment, transfer, uniforms.
- Assistenza ai negozi e ai clienti finali in merito alle contestazioni qualitative. Nello specifico:

- Assistenza al cliente
- Inserimento della contestazione nello specifico tool
- Collaborazione con il dipartimento qualità sul feedback relativo al claim
- Soluzione del claim con relativo reso, riparazione, sostituzioni e altre possibilità
- Gestione richieste di ricambi, inserimento richiesta e spedizione.
- Laurea in materie Economiche, Linguistiche o affini.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e orale). La conoscenza di una seconda lingua costituirà un plus.
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolare di Excel. Flessibilità, capacità di lavorare in team e spirito di iniziativa.Sede di lavoro: Noventa Vicentina (VI)
