STA Resident/Launch/Site Trainee
- **YOUR IMPACT**:
Support daily tasks of STA Resident/STA Launch/STA Site such as working with the suppliers data base. (Assembly of cars, engines and transmissions)- Follow up on production approval of specific parts (Production Part Approval Process - PPAP).

Corroborate all parts meet the industry regulations (AIAG) and Ford specifics (Quality and Production Capacity)
- Analyse the manufacturing processes of suppliers remotely
- Follow up on launching pieces status (Advanced product quality planning - APQP)
- Review of the industrialization plan from early stages
- Follow up on quality Issues (AIMS, QR, WARRANTY)
- Root cause Analysis, AMEF
- Stadistic Analyisis (Green Belt)
- Activities on site (Ford Plant) to follow up and solve supplier related issues.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Be energetic and passionate active student from In an Engineering degree.
- Be proficient in English as a second language with strong analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast/paced environment.
- Strong appetite for success and a desire to learn and develop your skills.
