Who you are

You have a Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Human Resources / Economics / Marketing with a strong passion for people

You have excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong ability to prioritize in a fast paced dynamic environment

You are self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity

You have a passion for numbers and analysis by asking the right questions

You accomplish goals, complete tasks and achieve results with attention to detail

You know how to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility

You have excellent written and spoken English and Italian

What you'll be doing day to day

You will:
Partner with hiring with hiring managers to gain deep understanding of positions as assigned

Collaborate with Centre of Expertise in order to monitor country recruitment needs, analyzing recruitment kpis and update country dashboards. You will be a champion of data driven approach and providing recruitment insights for the recruitment team

Execute local employer branding initiatives including managing partnerships with internal stakeholders. Planning and participating in events e.g. career fairs
