**Descrizione del lavoro** OBIETTIVI** Garantisce l'accuratezza e la tempestività dell'invio a METRO Corporate del pacchetto mensile di chiusura, Forecast e budget del Conto economico, monitora gli indicatori chiave del Business e supervisiona i Costi. **PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA'** - Creare la suddivisione dei costi aziendali per Budget Holder, centro di costo e linea P&L; - Monitorare regolarmente le variazioni del Budget e delle previsioni rispetto ai dati effettivi e individuare le opportunità di miglioramento delle prestazioni aziendali o di efficientamento di costi; - Preparare, mantenere e convalidare la reportistica - interna e per METRO Corporate, analizzando in dettaglio i dati della chiusura mensile; - Caricamento nei sistemi METRO dei dati di chiusura e previsione nel rispetto delle scadenze; - In collaborazione con altre funzioni, identifica, analizza ed evidenzia le principali variazioni rispetto agli effettivi e alle previsioni; - Identifica le possibilità e i rischi di raggiungere gli obiettivi strategici dell'azienda; - Supportare tutte le funzioni aziendali per l'analisi e la preparazione delle presentazioni degli aggiornamenti aziendali; - Gestisce tutte le eventuali attività operative e/o accessorie connesse e/o collegate alle mansioni svolte. **Qualifiche** REQUISITI E COMPETENZE RICHIESTE** - Istruzione: Laurea preferibilmente in discipline economiche. - Esperienza: Almeno 1 anno in ruoli analoghi. - Strumenti di Business Intelligence - Strumento aziendale (ad es. sistema SAP) - Standard internazionali di rendicontazione finanziaria - Lingua inglese - livello avanzato - Microsoft Office **Informazioni aggiuntive** COMPETENZE COMPORTAMENTALI** - Pianificazione e organizzazione - Contribuire al successo del cliente - Orientamento al risultato - Analisi dei problemi - Iniziativa - Lavoro di squadra
