**Cosa offriamo**

La risorsa supporterà il team in tutte le attività, procedure e processi relativi alle offerte e alla gestione degli ordini (definizione e preparazione offerte, revisione ordini di acquisto, track order) e gestirà, in rapporto con il cliente, il tracciamento del pagamento e l'amministrazione di eventuali ritardi. Sarà un punto di riferimento costante della forza vendita di Wittur, e il link tra il cliente e il nostro team di supporto tecnico.

**Sei dei nostri se hai**:

- Laurea in Lingue;
- Esperienza di stage in Uffici Vendita/Back-office o in ruoli a contatto con il cliente;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese (B2/C1); la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerato un plus;
- Interesse per l'ambito meccanica / ingegneria / ascensoristica;
- Focus sulla customer centricity, e mindset orientato alla soddisfazione del cliente;
- Eccellenti doti comunicative;
- Orientamento all'obiettivo e al risultato;
- Conoscenza approfondita della suite Microsoft (soprattutto Excel).
