**Process & Capital Expenditures (CapEx) Engineering Manager**
- End of 2024, Novo Nordisk acquired the manufacturing site Catalent Anagni S.r.l. with the ambition to expand our capacity to meet the needs of millions of patients. You will be part of a global team that will develop the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities._

**The position**
- As a Process & CapEx Engineering Manager, you will:

- Manage capital projects portfolio for the site and for ancillaries’ structures supporting site growth as well as for the improvement of manufacturing processes, methods, and quality for efficiency.
- Lead or support development for all new investment processes (Capex). Coordinate the engineering team and ensure completeness of the Engineering/Design deliverables.
- Develop clear scope definition of all client scope and interface points including engineering deliverables, scope of services, timeline, etc.
- Ensure that energy efficiency is considered in strategic and long-term planning. Lead Site Master Plan preparation and maintenance, in collaboration with the site functions.
- Develop relationships with major equipment, materials, and service suppliers to achieve the best value.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Capex project management or engineering management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a project management or agile environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.

**Nice to have**:

- Proficient in implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong analytical skills to identify potential project challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**About the department**
- The Process & CapEx Engineering Manager oversees Capex projects at the Anagni manufacturing site. This role involves optimizing resource use, minimizing costs, and maintaining quality standards. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving innovation and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. The Anagni site is a hub of activity, where collaboration and continuous improvement are at the forefront of everything we do.
