PROFILO
PLANNER
La figura del planner, riportando direttamente al Construction Manager, ha la funzione di pianificare tutte le attività previste nel progetto e nel cantiere. Si occuperà della redazione e del monitoraggio dei cronoprogrammi in fase di gara e in fase di esecuzione delle opere, sia in termini di attività che in termini di risorse.
Responsabilità
Stesura del Cronoprogramma in fase di gara
Aggiornamento del Cronoprogramma in fase di cantiere
Definizione e monitoraggio delle milestones di progetto
Monitoraggio delle attività e dello stato di avanzamento dei lavori
Individuazione e gestione dei rischi di progetto
Pianificazione delle attività dei subappaltatori
Stima e pianificazione delle risorse
Pianificazione degli approvvigionamenti
Pianificazione delle fasi di collaudo e consegna finale
Elaborazione di Recovery Program
Redazione della Reportistica sullo stato del cantiere
Supporto in fase di assegnazione dei lavori alle imprese
Skill
Piena autonomia nella pianificazione di un progetto
Ottime capacità di relazionarsi ad un team composto da designer e tecnici di cantiere
Programmazione e controllo delle attività di cantiere
Forte conoscenza ed esperienza nel settore delle costruzioni (minimo 3 anni)
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nello stesso ruolo
Forte attitudine a lavorare in ambienti multidisciplinari e internazionali
Predisposizione al miglioramento e sviluppo di processi aziendali
Laurea in Ingegneria o Architettura
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta
Ottima conoscenza di Office, MS Project
