DWF Claims is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Claims Assistant. This role requires strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

In this role, you will support Claims Handlers and Adjusters for our international clients, ensuring that all information and data provided is accurate and clear. You will also assist with the operational and administrative functions of a Practice Group/Practice Area, while developing the key skills and experience required for an Administrative Assistant.

We offer fixed-term contract and a hybrid work model.

**Responsibilities**:

- Opening claims and entering payments in the system
- Supporting Claims Handlers with tasks to manage their workloads efficiently
- Performing data input tasks to produce accurate management information
- Working independently but also working effectively with colleagues to ensure all claims are checked and submitted before the deadline
- Following all the Firm's policies and procedures
- Performing all general administrative tasks

What will help you succeed in this role?:
**Essential**:

- Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in both **English** and **Italian**:

- Excellent administration / organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail to be able to carefully analyse information
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent teamwork skills

**Desirable**:

- A good team spirit with excellent communications skills
