**Key Responsibilities**:

- Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports to communicate results to project stakeholders.
- Identify and address non-conformities, collaborating with project teams to implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance on best practices for coating and surface treatment to enhance the quality and durability of the applied coatings.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Coating Inspector, with a focus on the Oil & Gas sector.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Client Representative on Subsea Project
- Relevant certifications (such as NACE or SSPC) are essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
