**GLOBAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR**
**Posizione**:
**Main responsibilities**:
- Coordinating with Top Management to make decisions for global operational activities and set strategic goals;
- Collaborating proactively with the Technical & Product Management Area in order to ensure that production, services and innovation meet quality requirements;
- Define operational strategies in line with the Group's vision;
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure efficient progress;
- Manage the areas within its competence with a view to continuous improvement and adaptation to the dynamics of the reference market,;
**Requisiti**:
For the role and the international context of the company, it is a **must to have a good knowledge of English** **and Italian**. Additional requirements for the position are: APQP / PPAP experience, and knowledge of CAD systems.
**Previous experience in managing different Plants located internationally is mandatory.**
