Our client is an Italian multinational company, with several plants around the world and Headquarters in Northern Italy, international leader of design, development and production of Automotive components. To strengthen its international corporate structure, it has commissioned us to search for a

**GLOBAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR**

**Posizione**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with Top Management to make decisions for global operational activities and set strategic goals;
- Collaborating proactively with the Technical & Product Management Area in order to ensure that production, services and innovation meet quality requirements;
- Define operational strategies in line with the Group's vision;
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure efficient progress;
- Manage the areas within its competence with a view to continuous improvement and adaptation to the dynamics of the reference market,;

**Requisiti**:
For the role and the international context of the company, it is a **must to have a good knowledge of English** **and Italian**. Additional requirements for the position are: APQP / PPAP experience, and knowledge of CAD systems.

**Previous experience in managing different Plants located internationally is mandatory.**
