**What you will do**
- Work in the Studio Production team alongside the stylists, digi,...
- Follow in-house guidelines.
- Achieve daily and weekly deadlines to prepare for upload.
- Learn to use company systems to assist with the job role.
- Communicate workflow statuses and concerns to the Team leader.
- Maintain an organized and ordered photo studio.
**Requirements**:
- Freelance professional.
- Interest in luxury fashion and e-commerce
- Capability to adapt to a fast pace environment
- Well-organized and able to learn quickly
- You lead the team, mentoring and motivating your team members
- You are able to establish and maintain long-lasting quality relationships with senior and mid-level leaders, as well as with technicians at any level
- Excellent organizational skills.
