Orient Express, in partnership with the Italian luxury hotel group Arsenale S.p.A, has entrusted the interior architecture and artistic direction of the hotel Hugo Toro. The former Palazzo Fonseca is a sumptuous 17th-century palace with a huge, majestic façade. A place of memory still adorned with its Roman columns, sculptures by Rinaldi Rinaldo, a disciple of Casanova, and the fascinating goddess Minerva. At the end of 2024, a new décor and interior inspired by the Roman domus and the riches of the "Eternal City" will be revealed with a new touch of contemporary elegance. The Hotel is committed to providing an exceptional guest experience, boasting unparalleled elegance, world-class amenities, and impeccable service. **Descrizione del lavoro** The Public Relations Manager for our luxury hotel in Rome is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the hotel's brand image, promote its services, and maintain positive relationships with the media, influencers, and the community. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and strong communication skills to effectively position the hotel as a premier destination for luxury travelers. **Responsibilities** Strategic Planning: - Develop annual public relations plans aligned with the Arsenale & Orient Express Marketing Team and business objectives. - Identify key target audiences and media channels to maximize brand exposure and engagement. - Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding efforts. Media Relations: - Cultivate and maintain relationships with local, national, and international media outlets, journalists, and influencers. - Pitch compelling story ideas and press releases to secure media coverage across print, broadcast, and digital platforms. - Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests. Content Creation: - Create engaging press releases, media kits, and other written materials that highlight the hotel's unique offerings, events, and promotions. - Develop captivating visual content, including photos and videos, to enhance storytelling and drive engagement on social media platforms. Event Management: - Plan and execute media events, press conferences, and familiarization tours to showcase the hotel's amenities, culinary offerings, and guest experiences, in alignment with Marketing Teams. - Coordinate partnerships with luxury brands, influencers, and industry leaders to host exclusive events and collaborations. Crisis Communications: - Work closely with Arsenale and OE Teams to develop crisis communication protocols and procedures to effectively manage and mitigate negative publicity or reputation issues. - Serve as a spokesperson for the hotel during crisis situations and coordinate responses with senior management and external stakeholders. Community Engagement: - Establish partnerships with local organizations, embassies and community leaders to support Hotel commercial development plans and initiatives. - Represent the hotel at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and promote brand awareness. Performance Measurement: - Monitor and analyz
