We are looking for a motivated **Junior Product Manager** to join our team in the **professional kitchen sector**. This role will not only support product management activities but will also involve **project management responsibilities**, particularly in driving workflows related to **digital transformation projects**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the professional kitchen product portfolio, ensuring data and documentation are up to date.
- Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and internal communication.
- Act as a project manager for digital transformation projects, coordinating activities, monitoring timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DATA, E-commerce, Marketing, Pricing, etc) to ensure smooth execution of portfolio
- and project-related activities.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in a technical field
- Previous experience as a PMO or in project coordination roles (1-3 years)
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with project management and BI tools (e.g., Jira, Click)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving
