Lean Specialist

About the job:
- Implement the Littelfuse Operating System across production and administration processes- Serve as a facilitator of continuous improvement implementation and employee involvement- Initiate and lead Yellow and Green Lean Six Sigma belt training- Support the manufacturing engineering team in managing new projects and process improvements- Be a mentor for associates in their Kaizen events and Lean Small Group Activities- Process and value stream mapping identifying inefficiencies in the area of safety, quality, delivery and cost- Suggest process improvement strategies for review and implementation- Deploy appropriate methodologies to problem solving and support teams to solve problems- Review and monitor project progress ensuring quality and adherence to objectives- Build a culture of engagement to provide a flexible team who are able to meet the changing needs of the business

About you:
- University degree in Engineering- Minimum 2 years of experience in Lean practice environment or in manufacturing engineering role- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian- Strong computer literacy and advanced knowledge in MS Office- Experience in global manufacturing companies would be a plus- Green or black belt certification would be an advantage
