Eligo Spa cerca Sales & Operations Specialist da inserire in organico.

La figura diventerà il riferimento per tutte le tematiche afferenti la gestione dei clienti (sia del mercato B2B, sia del B2C), assicurandosi che tutte le attività necessarie a fare in modo che tutto il processo post vendita, dalla ricezione dell'ordine alla consegna del prodotto finito al cliente, funzionino correttamente.

Nella fattispecie, avrà quindi responsabilità diretta su:

- Supporto clienti nel processo di acquisto di prodotti custom-made attraverso diversi canali digitali (abbigliamento e accessori).
- Registrazione degli ordini ed elaborazione delle richieste ricevute per posta, telefono, canali digitali e/o tramite il contatto personale con il cliente;
- Promuovere le vendite di prodotti Made-to-Measure e accessori;
- Gestire l'intero processo vendita e post-vendita, inclusa la risoluzione di eventuali reclami e problemi dei clienti, garantendo la consegna dei prodotti nei tempi previsti;
- Coordinamento e relazione con fornitori esterni;
- Manutenzione Anagráfica Clienti
- Gestione e monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento degli ordini

Requisiti:

- Conoscenza del mondo MtM
- Persona ordinata, metodica e precisa
- Interesse verso il mondo fashion e apparel
- Gradita conoscenza software grafici (pacchetto Adobe)
- Motivata, intraprendente ed estroversa
- Pratica e con grande spirito di problem solving
- Conoscenza pacchetto tool Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
