**Accounting Specialist (Maternity Cover)**:
JOB MISSION
The mission of this role will be to support the Finance Department in ensuring an excellent service to its providers by guaranteeing the timely and correct registration of supplier invoices, in compliance with the accounting and tax regulations and aligned with the sustainable values of the Company.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manufacturing Suppliers and Service Providers invoice bookkeeping and further checking for internal authorization and purchase order processing into corporate ERP system
Document management and subsitutive archive processing
Packing list management and further matching with vendors’ bills
Vendors and service providers relationship management with specific goal to give answers, feedbacks, billing adjustments, invoicing checking, reminders and further specific questions related to terms of payment
Vendors database management and data assessment
Direct support and collaboration to head of accounting as the followings: prepare all documents and spreadsheets that are required for year-end closing audit processing; general posting for any eventual and further ledger related to vendor bills for year-end closing processing
Strong and reliable attitude to documental and accounting checking
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
3 years of experience in the same role in medium or large-sized Companies
Economic degree (or equivalent) or High School Diploma
The knowledge of SAGE X3 ERP would be a plus
Great knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Attitude for planning, time management and organization
Strong social and communication skills, curiosity and willingness to learn
Highly motivated, result-oriented with strong entrepreneurial drive to make things happen
Flexibility of time work and availability for overtime, in relation to the specific deadlines of the function, is requested
Good level of English language
