**Head of PMO**:
Management & Contribution

**Administrate program management tools (Ex**: SharePoint; Azure DevOps; PowerBI; Excel)

Maintain a central storehouse of templates and documentation (SharePoint)

Maintain guides, templates and project portfolio dashboard and tools to help Project Managers follow the PMO procedure

Support program monitoring (timelines, deliverables, and implementation)

Support the transition and the change management of OneVision Development Services Team

Ensure organization, new corporate process, procedures and tools are followed by team

Support the team with IT Service Management, Knowledge Management, Risk Management, ISO 22301 Implementation and ensure adherence to Document Strategy

Follow-up required action plans

Perform quality control and PMO reporting, project portfolio

Assist in governing project delivery, risk and issues practice

Be a contributor in the development of staff training and onboarding process and material

Additional Responsibilities

Deal with transversal issues, be proactive and pragmatic in solution findings

Support effective communication with program team and all involved stakeholders

Functional Reporting

The position will report functionally to the Lead Project Management Officer in Geneva HQ.

Hierarchical Reporting

Hierarchically reports to the Head of Development in Torino.

Affectation

Position to be filled in Torino.

Availability for travel as required (occasionally)

Qualifications and Experience

(P) = Preferred, (R) = Required

**General**:
Education in project management or equivalent (R)

Minimum 3/5 years of experience in global IT program (R)

Project management (techniques and tools) experience and knowledge (R)

Change management experience and knowledge (R)

Autonomy, pro-active approach, solution oriented, curious, and willing to learn (R)

Ability to identify priorities and ensure that work is completed within deadline (R)

Strong organizational and communication skills with a sense of diplomacy (R)

Strong tolerance of ambiguity (R)

Ability to maintain a steady sense of calm during tense situations (R)

Knowledge and/or strong interest of IT / Software Development / Agile methodology (R)

Interest in Maritime Shipping Industry (P)
