Per prestigiosa azienda operante nel settore Construction selezioniamo un Residential Client Manager.

**Posizione**:
Il profilo professionale riporterà direttamente all'Head of Sales&Rent Dept. e avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- gestione dell'intero processo delle personalizzazioni degli appartamenti;
- gestione delle diverse fasi volte a recepire le richieste dei clienti: architettonica, impianti, sanitari, finiture;
- gestione economica delle varianti dei clienti;
- gestione degli eventuali fornitori di arredi di cantiere;
- gestione del post-rogito degli appartamenti.

La risorsa che stiamo cercando si interfaccerà con il Development Manager per la gestione economica delle varianti e con il Site Manager per il controllo, la fattibilità e l'esecuzione delle varianti richieste.

**Requisiti**:
La risorsa dovrà aver maturato esperienza nel ruolo (almeno 5 anni) ed è preferibile che abbia conseguito la Laurea in Architettura/Ingegneria Edile o similari.
