La risorsa seguirà in supporto tutte le attività relative alla chiusura contabile, Budget & Forecasting, Long range plan, interfacciandosi con l' hiring manager e con gli altri team finance ed FP&A.

Principali attività e responsabilità della posizione:

- Supporto nell'avanzamento gestionale mensile dei costi e KPI dei costi relativi alle campagne commerciali
- Supporto al business nell’individuazione delle iniziative di Ebitda recovery
- Supporto agli altri team finance nella stesura di business case relativamente ai costi Media e Marketing
- Stesura piani di budget annuali e quinquennali
- Supporto al team per richieste ad hoc
- Supporto all’FBM per preparazione documenti per top management
- Requisiti richiesti:_
- _ Precisione e accuratezza_
- _ Esperienza di analisi dati tramite l’uso di excel o altri software di analisi._
- _ Predisposizione per l’analisi numerica e reportistica_
- _ Buona conoscenza di Word e Power Point_
- _ Capacità di lavorare in squadra e di agire con proattività_
- _ Capacità di problem solving e analisi in un ambiente in continua mutazione_
- _ Buona conoscenza dell’inglese scritta e parlata_
