Per la nostra Sister Company Mission To Heart Srl, siamo alla ricerca di Junior Art Director, per la nostra sede operativa di Roma.

Mansioni:

- Co-definizione di concetti creativi, loro esecuzione e crafting di dettaglio
- Art direction per contenuti continuativi, format, attivazioni e campagne integrate
- Esecuzione e controllo sulla qualità dell'output nella fase di produzione creativa
- Studio e sviluppo dell’identità visiva e di brand dei clienti di riferimento
- Coinvolgimento creativo e operativo per shooting e produzioni video
- Partecipazione alla definizione e allo sviluppo della strategia editoriale sul piano dei linguaggi e dei formati visivi
- Allineamento costante con i referenti Creativi e Client Service

**Requirements**:

- Titolo di studio in art direction, design o nomenclature equivalenti
- Da 3 a 6 anni di esperienza in agenzie creative
- Ottima conoscenza ed esperienza nell’utilizzo della Suite di Adobe Creative
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza professionale in creazione di contenuti animati e montaggio video
- Capacità di lavorare in team allargati
- Capacità di interfacciarsi con clienti e fornitori
- Autonomia progettuale e gestionale
- Competenza e padronanza trasversale dei diversi media, formati, strumenti e tecniche della comunicazione visiva
- Voglia di divertirsi
