**Il Contesto**:

L'R&D ed il suo Marketing Strategico costituiscono indubbiamente la chiave del suo successo, rappresentando di fatto il precursore in ambito di sviluppo nuovi prodotti.**Il Ruolo**:

- Il Quality System Manager sarà responsabile, in termini qualitativi e quantitativi, dell’attuazione dei piani di lavoro e coordinamento del team di QMS in ottica del raggiungimento degli obbiettivi aziendali prefissati. Inoltre, sarà responsabile della valutazione e della gestione della documentazione del sistema qualità, della gestione e dell’organizzazione degli audit interni ed esterni e dell'aggiornamento di tutte le procedure gestionali ed operative.
- Coordinando un team di risorse dedicate, il Quality System Manager:
- Garantisce l’applicazione dei sistemi di gestione qualità su tutte le unità produttive;
- Provvede alla pianificazione e gestione della documentazione del sistema qualità;
- Gestisce i programmi di certificazione (ISO 9001, Ecocert oltre alla ISO specifica per il proprio settore);
- Gestisce un programma di formazione per Qualità, GMP, finalizzato alla diffusione e all’implementazione del sistema e delle procedure in essere;
- Gestisce un programma di audit interni per garantire l’applicazione del sistema qualità;
- Valuta e gestisce la documentazione di sistema qualità (procedure, questionari) ricevute dai clienti;
- Assiste e coordina le funzioni aziendali nei progetti d’implementazione e di miglioramento continuo;
- Coordina i programmi di audit dei clienti (Key-Customers) e le seguenti attività di miglioramento definite a livello global;

**I Requisiti**:

- Laurea;
- 5/6 anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo, anche con solo una esperienza breve nella gestione di un team;
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese
- Proattività, entusiasmo per nuove sfide, abilità relazionali ad ogni livello dell'organizzazione, team builder: sono le caratteristiche che completano il profilo per operare all'interno di un contesto giovane, dinamico e innovativo.
