Envolve Consulting, an independent company active in management search, selects a HR Business Partner for a prestigious multinational company based in Belluno.

**Responsibilities**:

- Discussing and developing solutions to help management and key stakeholders to deliver their strategy and meet the KPI
- Defining and mapping skills, teams need to achieve their objectives as well as supporting the managers and employees in identifying skills gap and way of improvement
- Coaching managers in engaging their direct reports and leading more effectively
- Supporting hiring needs by developing plans for recruitment, and training
- Working closely and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help them to meet growth expectation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of science/arts
- 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources is required
- Good knowledge of labor legislation, Metalworking contract is preferred
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting is required
- Previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems is preferred
- Good English knowledge, both spoken and written
