L’Excellence School NTT DATA prevede un percorso così strutturato:

- Stage formativo della durata di 5 mesi (2 mesi di formazione full time, 3 mesi di Training on the Job in NTT DATA) - comprensivo di rimborso spese e buoni pasto;
- In caso di buon fine del percorso formativo, successiva assunzione con contratto di apprendistato.

La formazione técnica è finalizzata all’acquisizione di competenze legate al testing funzionale, per quanto concerne progettualità in ambito Quality Assurance.

Attività tipiche del tester funzionale:

- Analisi e comprensione dei requisiti funzionali e tecnici
- Redazione dei casi di test (Test Case Design)
- Preparazione dei dati di test
- Esecuzione dei test manuali, con verifiche sia a front-end che su sistemi di back-end o sistemi di loggatura
- Apertura, gestione e verifica dei difetti (defect management)
- Verifica della conformità rispetto ai requisiti attesi
- Reportistica dei risultati di test
- Contributo alla definizione della strategia di test
- Partecipazione ad attività di test planning e test review

- Fondamenti di Testing del Software
- Test Design e Tecniche Avanzate
- Data Management per il Testing
- Fondamenti di Database e Querying
- Strumenti di Test Management e Bug Tracking
- Performance Testing (Introduzione)
- Automation Testing (Introduzione)
- API Testing
- Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in materie STEM (Matematica, Fisica, Ing. Matematica, Statistica, Economia, Ing. gestionale...) o diploma informatico;
- Buone capacità di analisi
- Buone capacità organizzative, di team working e predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
