POSITION SNAPSHOT:

- Location: Nordics or Any other European locations
- Permanent Contract
- Degree in Management Engineering or Economics
- Two or more years of relevant operational experience at market/business level is useful, in at least one of the following areas:

- Factory Planning
- Supply Network Planning
- Factory Production Team Lead
- Demand Planning
- Fluent in English

In this role you will build production plans for Juuka factory respecting the agreed level of available capacity to ensure that finished and semi-finished goods are available with high freshness, at the right stock location to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost. You will also ensure visibility of capacity evolution to anticipate portfolio decision needs, maintain and further develop LOKI planning tool (alternative to APO due to business not in GLOBE).

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGIONAL MPS/SNP NESTLÈ PROFESSIONAL
- Establishes an 18 month production plan for Juuka factory ensuring best product availability in all Receiving locations
- Establishes Committed Capacity, including timing proposals for plant shutdowns, investments etc.
- Signalizes and effectively addreses capacity issues in proper advance
- Maintains and further develops LOKI planning tool in collaboration with software provider
- Analyze exceptions, take business decisions within agreed Framework (based on priorities or after arbitration and product allocation) and adjust planning results accordingly
- Identifies possible opportunities and improvements in collaboration with the factory within the 18 month horizon
- Coordinates AVC Consolidation
- Analyse and effectively communicate relevant information to respective Stakeholders, highlighting all supply issues in proper advance and detailing impacts of proposed actions and related trade offs
- Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable

WHAY WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
- Degree in Management Engineering or Economics
- Two or more years of relevant operational experience at market/business level is useful, in at least one of the following areas:

- Factory Planning
- Supply Network Planning
- Factory Production Team Lead
- Demand Planning

- Factory Master Data Management
