Questo ruolo è l'opportunità perfetta se stai considerando un’esperienza nell’ **Assistenza Clienti,** **Servizio Post-Vendita** - per conto di un’ azienda leader nel settore B2B del Food & Beverage.

**QUALE SARA’ IL TUO CONTRIBUTO AL NOSTRO TEAM?**
- Gestire le chiamate inbound dei clienti al fine di supportarli nella configurazione e/o malfunzionamento dei prodotti e servizi;
- Gestione delle richieste dei clienti relative a questioni amministrative e tecniche;

**CHI CERCHIAMO?**
- Siamo alla ricerca di persone customer oriented, affidabili e appassionate di tecnologia;
- Diploma di scuola superiore (requisito minimo);
- Padronanza nell'utilizzo di Windows e Office;
- Disponibilità al lavoro su turni (lun-ven) nella fascia oraria 08:00/22:00;
- Essere madrelingua/fluente in Inglese;
- Disponibilità di recarsi nella nostra sede sita in via Conte di Ruvo, 74- Pescara o in via Torri Bianche, 7- Vimercate.
