Industrial Internal Audit Intern

**Position**: Reporting directly to the Industrial Internal Audit Manager, you will help the internal auditors who are dedicated to the performance of social and environmental audits of DIOR partners and suppliers in the following BUs: Leather goods, Shoes, Ready-to-Wear in Italy The objective is to ensure that each manufacturing partner and supplier is working in compliance with the LVMH values defined in the LVMH code of conduct namely in regards of the respect of people, environment and laws and regulations. You will assist the internal auditors in the following tasks: supplier masterdata management, supplier risk assessment, social audit preparation, follow-up of the social audits, ad hoc projects. **Job responsibilities**: - Assist the Industrial Internal Audit Manager in the day-to-day execution of internal audits - Maintain & update the supplier database based on information received from Production and Purchasing departments - Help to conduct a supplier risk assessment to identify audit priorities - Provide support to the internal auditors in the performance and follow-up of the social audits - Perform data analysis - Prepare high quality presentations - Assist in ad-hoc related projects where necessary - Perform other related duties as assigned **Profile**: - Post-secondary graduate in Business, Finance or equivalent - Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken); French is a plus - Capable of working independently, exceptionally organized and accurate with solid methodological skills and high attention to details - A strong team player able to reach objectives within deadlines - Committed to self-development, problem solver, and proactive attitude - Solid communication abilities essential for cross-functional integration and stakeholder engagement. - Confidentiality and sensitive information management - Effective written and verbal communication - Teamwork in international contexts **Additional information**: Christian Dior was the designer of dreams.
