**Posizione**

Principalmente da remoto, preferibilmente nelle aree di Torino o Milano.

**Responsabilità**
- Progettare l’esperienza utente sotto la guida ed il coordinamento dello UX Specialist
- Iniziare ad acquisire le best practice di intuitività, usabilità, accessibilità e progettazione inclusiva
- Ideazione e prototipazione per esplorare soluzioni innovative, presentando proposte di facile intuitività, usabilità, accessibilità e che soddisfano i requisiti
- Creare design dettagliati basati sul nostro Design System che dà vita alle nostre soluzioni
- Creare oggetti grafici ed illustrazioni per dare personalità ai nostri prodotti principali
- Presentare il lavoro svolto e le scelte progettuali adottate ai responsabili della progettazione ed al tuo team
- Condurre user research per comprendere meglio le esigenze ed i comportamenti degli utenti e recepire i feedback dei test di usabilità per valutare come funzionano le tue soluzioni per gli utenti
- Essere desiderosi di imparare (sempre): il 10% dell'orario di lavoro sarà dedicato alla costruzione della conoscenza

**Competenze richieste**
- Forte volontà e capacità di apprendere in un contesto dinamico e in continua evoluzione
- Conoscenza dei processi di design, metodologie di ricerca, best practice, principi di usabilità e accessibilità
- Ottime capacità analitiche (problem solving, pensiero critico e analisi di dati)
- Conoscenza di programmi di gráfica vettoriale (Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Inkscape )
- Spiccate capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta (anche in inglese)
- Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative

**Competenze gradite**
- Conoscenza di programmi UX (Figma, Adobe XD, Invision, Framer, Sketch, Zeplin )
- Conoscenza di HTML e CSS

**Educazione**

Prerequisito è la laurea in design, progettazione industriale, informatica o affini. Il dottorato rappresenta un titolo preferenziale.
