Capgemini Engineering is hiring **Offer Line Owner - Safety Critical** for Roma worksite.

You will be involved in projects related to Industrial & Electronics and will deal with the following activities:

- To supervise and lead the delivery team and projects quality;
- To perform a range of tasks to ensure productivity and efficiency including implementing business strategies, evaluating offer line performances and supervising project KPIs;
- To support Bid Manager to write technical and economical offers;
**Profilo Candidato**:
Skills Requested:

- You have experience with programming language such as C/C++, ADA;
- You have experience with at least one of the following safety critical standard: DO-178C, ISO26262, EN50128;
- You have experience with V-Model and SW life cycle management;
- You have experience in software quality process;
- You have a basic understanding of CI/CD and Agile methodology;
- You can communicate effectively in Italian and English.
- You will manage projects in safety critical domains;
- You will manage team to guarantee projects delivery;
- You will support drafting of the technical/economical offer;
- You will support sourcing technical talent.
