J&J Consumer Health is searching for a Commercial Quality Associate - Deliver is responsible for supporting, implementing, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System of J&J, primarily, but not limited, in relation to activities linked to the handling, storage and distribution of J&J products within the geographical area that serve the Consumer Health organization in Italy, Greece, Balkans and Israel.

Main Accountabilities

Ensuring J&J product quality, integrity and compliance is maintained during storage and distribution until arrival to the end customer through:

- Quality management of internal Distribution Centers, 3PLs and other Suppliers linked to the Storage and Distribution of J&J products
- Ensuring any distribution related Suppliers are properly qualified as per J&J procedures and have signed Quality Agreements in place
- Monitoring of performance of DCs and other Distribution related Suppliers
- Escalating any issues related to the DCs and Distribution related Suppliers to the higher management level
- Performing or supporting investigations and creating or following up of Corrective and Preventive Action Plans
- Ensuring trainings of partnering DC personnel on J&J procedures and requirements, as needed
- Implementing and documenting Change Controls, as appropriate
- Overseeing DCs and other Distribution related Suppliers to ensure J&J product quality, integrity and compliance is maintained
- Maintaining, writing and revising procedures relevant to handling, storage and distribution of J&J products
- Supporting any ad hoc projects for the improvement of the quality and operations relevant to the distribution of J&J products
- Supporting internal and external inspections and audits relevant to handling, storage and distribution processes
- Proper documentation of all quality records and use of the appropriate documentation and reporting systems

Additional Commercial Quality responsibilities for supporting the implementation and maintenance of appropriate Quality Standards and Systems for the operation of the Italian Consumer organization may also be assigned, such as:

- Support Southern Europe & France Cluster activities/ projects
- Cluster Champion role: ensure processes are reviewed on specific QMS topics (to be assigned), updated and followed; review and harmonize SOP’s and other quality documents. Review performance of processes/ systems at planned intervals to ensure assessments and support internal audits. Be part of projects and issues management, create and monitor action plan, lead trainings and communication management and share best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Scientific background, such as chemist, engineer, etc.
- 0-2 years working related experience
- Proficiency in English
- Computer Skills
