Project Management Analyst

For our Italian Risk Division we are looking for a Project Manager. The person will be exposed to a dynamic environment with frequent exposure to both local and global management, inside and outside CRO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and understand problems and complexity, developing solutions and addressing actions in autonomy
- Ad hoc deep dive analysis both on product level as well as customer profile to better understand portfolio evolution or/and riskiness
- Prepare management reporting information both to local as well as for global purpose
- Prepare effective presentations for management and Regulators
- Manage and coordinate projects in CRO division involving key stakeholders across all business functions/infrastructure
- Assess local and global regulations, assessing impacts on DB CRO and identifying how to address new requirements
- Manage and analyze big amount of data to address business relevant issues

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated, structured approach and a strong analytical ability paired with attention to details
- Concrete ability in data analysis and management
- Concrete ability in problem solving
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in Italian and English
- Previous experience in project management
- Proven ability to multi-task activities and prioritize
- Ability to build cross-divisional as well as cross-regional relationships
- Team oriented, flexible and diligent
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of SAS or other statistical data management software is s plus
