**THE POSITION**:
For this position we offer one-year contract

***Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing all Reception related tasks;- Managing security guards;- Creating Incident report and monitoring of assets;- Analysing Logistic Incident for supply chain security;- Assist BI Employees during travels;- Managing Anti-counterfeiting notifications in collaboration with other functions;- Monitoring company events from a Security perspective;- Assistance to Local Crisis Manager;

***Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in security roles- Bachelor Degree with a focus on Crisis & Security Management would be considered a plus- Good English knowledge, especially in writing- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package- Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously- Communication and Decision-Making Skills
