**DIGITAL PROFESSIONAL MANAGER**

**Job Summary**

**The Professional Digital Manager is the Champion of digital communication with veterinary customers responsible for building stronger connections with them using our own digital assets (professional website & various tools), CRM and social media.**

**You are a key factor in making the professional digital ecosystem successful and you will support the programs for virtual calls and consulting. Success in this role means you ensure excellent campaign execution, build our position on the online communication, manage and increase the professional DB, demonstrating in-market success with proven KPIs.**

**The role reports to the Marketing & PVA Manager and will work in close cooperation with the Brand Manager Therapeutic, the Professional Veterinary Affairs department and the Veterinary commercial team. The role will be the country contact for the European team on Professional Digital Engagement. The role coordinates and will be supported by marketing and communication agencies.**

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

Implement a professional digital strategy to drive awareness, engagement and loyalty towards all professional customer targets**:

- ** PR campaigns**
- ** Social media**
- ** Website**
- ** Collaboration in events roll out**
- **
Increase and maintain our professional DB**:

- ** Managing and keeping updated the professional audience, with dedicated segmentation**
- **
Manage and support the implementation of the own digital professional tools (eLearning, eCom, Recommendation tool)**
- **
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identify trends and insights,optimizing the strategy based on the data**

**Key Requirements**:

- ** 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing roles, preferably addressed to B2B - professional target, within structured companies belonging to the pharmaceutical or other healthcare industry.**
- ** Experience with website, CRM, Analytics and Digital Applications**
- ** Good knowledge of Database management, 1P Data collection and workflow builder Tools (preferably SFMC)**
- ** Solid understanding of media and web metrics and analytics**
- ** Experience with HTML and photoshop is a plus**

**Education**
- **
Master’s Degree is a must (Business Administration, Marketing, etc.). A degree focused on Digital Marketing is a plus**
- ** Italian language fluency and excellent working knowledge of English are a must**
