**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are currently looking for experienced, Italian** **speaking, Leadership Development Lead Facilitators / Coaches to deliver a number of our leadership courses in Italy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team of freelance associates and facilitate a number of our 3-day leadership development courses as part of a large global leadership programme for one of our clients.

The leadership coaches need to be able to deliver the courses in Italian and also be able to communicate with the UK based programme team in the UK.

**KEY RESPONSBILITIES**
- Overall responsibility for leading the delivery of the pre-designed course content in an effective and engaging way to ensure the learning outcomes are met.

**PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND**
- Experience in learning & development training delivery, coaching, facilitation or similar.
- Experience in leading a team in any setting (preferably a high-performing environment).
- Credible experience of leadership and management

Experienced freelance facilitators / coaches with one or more of the following backgrounds are particularly encouraged to apply:

- Performance or Occupational Psychology
- Elite Sports Coaching
- Military Leadership
- Academic Expertise
- Corporate Leadership Coaching

**WHAT WE OFFER**
- Lead Coaches - EUR €600 per day
- Coach training will be provided
- All course material, including facilitator guides and slide decks and learning materials are provided.
- All travel, accommodation and daily subsistence provided.
