**Posizione**:
As an **IT Help Desk Specialist**, you will join the IT Service Desk Office, part of NHOA Corporate's Information System & Cyber Security department.
Tasks & Duties:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity;
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions;
- Find the best solution to the users' issues, providing them the most appropriate IT tools and guiding them through policies and best practices;
- Collaborate with the IT team on projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and security improvements;
- Be up to date with new technologies, beeing proactive in identifying possible issues with upcoming company SW and tools.
**Requisiti**:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar role;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office business products, such as Sharepoint and OneDrive;
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team;
- Advanced knowledge of the English language, in order to communicate with colleagues all over theworld;
- Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile devices;
- Basic Knowledge of networking.
