Present in Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Mexico City, Istanbul, Milan, Venice, Rome and Medellin. Carefully selected design apartments located in the city centre.

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our BE MATE Venice reception team. The building has 13 apartments and is in the center of the city.

This role therefore requires big ambition, the passion to make a difference, leadership that builds capability, and the ability to deliver results through others

**Main Duties**
- Access control to the building.
- Control of the occupation of apartments
- Customer Service.
- Check in, check out.
- Reservation management and registration at the PMS
- Online Reputation Review

**Computer tools and skills**
- Excellent use of Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Management of Analytics, Channel Manager, and PMS of the industry.
- Italian and English
- Experience as Front Desk Agent (More than 2 years)

**Salary**: €22,000.00 - €24,000.00 per year
