**Requirements**:
In this Role you will:

- Design and build graphics with text and images, using approved brand standards.
- Edit video and audio material, adhering to project plans and timelines.
- Develop all motion graphics components, including 2D and 3D animated effects.
- Storytelling and storyboarding.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams on scripting, project management and video services, effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.

**Your Profile and Mindset**
- Demonstrated design sensibility, with a preference for clear and concise work.
- Great attention to detail and creative mindset.
- Able to create concepts on the fly and to collaborate across teams to get things done.
- Obsessive file organization skills Hungry to change the world starting from changing the banking experience.
- Global thinking and acting Sense of humor and great attitude

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of motion design and video editing for the web and mobile experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere and Illustrator.
- Expert in design editing tool like Figma(preferred) or Sketch Working knowledge of video codecs.
- Excellent layout, color and typographic skills B2C knowledge as well as filming experience and Mobile Video knowledge are a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus.
