Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **ASPP / Health & Safety** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing Services and functionally to RSPP, Health, Safety and Environment.

You will be responsible to perform all the necessary activities to identify risks for Safety & Health and to set up preventives and protective actions by ensuring compliance with current laws. You will also perform all the necessary activities in order to obtain, maintenance and upgrade ISO 45001 certification (Health and Safety Management System)

**You will**:

- Stay up to date on current laws on work safety and health issues
- Perform assessments aiming at identifying risks (due to: roles/activities performed, equipments/tools used, chemicals or other materials, external firms, noises, wrong postures, etc.) in compliance with art. 2, 28, 29, 30 of italian D. Lgs. 81/2008
- Update and draft the internal DVR “Documento di Valutazione del Rischio” in relation to Legislative Decree 81/2008
- Organise, with the help of external consultant, the necessary measures to draw up specific risk evaluation documents
- Be the interface of MC and nursing service for issues related to health surveillance and the placement of workers
- Manage verification of injuries occurred on workplace to identify causes and prevent it
- Organize special transport for dangerous goods (ADR-IATA)
- Manage relationship with institutions, ministries, regional, provincial and local administrations for the competent communications
- offer your support to employees in order to prepare documentation in case of professional illness
- Participate to “health programs” (e.g. check-up, workplace improvements )
- Be involved in every other preventive and protective actions to put in place if necessary
- Organize training on safety and health issues (fire prevention, first aid, emergency plan, etc.) in compliance with art. 18, 37 of italian D. Lgs. 81/2008
- Steer consultancy services on safety and health; to get support for training activities, benchmarking/health statistics, analysis
- Act as “Addetto Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione” as defined by art. 31,32 D.Lgs. 81/2008
- Upgrade ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management System certification by processing and updating procedures, operational instructions and all documentation relating to ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management System
- Fulfill regulatory obligations
- Manage internal audits according to ISO 45001
- Estimate costs for relevant activities and to measure possible gaps

**About you**
- University Degree in Engineering (e.g. Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical) or Architecture
- Several years in HSE, possibly in the coordination of activities of teams and external service companies
- Technical Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental rules like D.Lgs. 81/08 and ISO 45001
- English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- Problem solving attitude, planning and analytical skills, team work and target oriented
- Process orientation and lesson learned approach
- Relational and negotiation skills
- Availability to travel
