**As Control Specialist**, you will report to the Burners Division Control Director, and you will manage the following activities:
- Monitor the performances of the Burners Division
- Month-end closing and variances analysis (Purchase Price Variances, Labour price and efficiency variances, Indirect costs, Technical modifications, Discounts, Utilities costs, R&D capitalizations)
- Support during budget and forecast phases with specific focus on systems uploading (oracle «CPM», SAP) for commercial items (volumes, mix, prices), industrial variances and structure costs
- Monitor monthly Commercial Pricing Performance for all Markets and send «score cards» to all Market Responsible with specific KPI (P&L, DSO, Others)
- Liaise with R&D and Manufacturing Departments for all topic related to standard costs calculation and R&D Costs Controlling
- Ensure product cost control, raw material stock control and provision analysis
- Ensure goods in transit control and investments control together with pay back analysis
- Prepare expense report, analysis and review
- Participate at internal and external audits
- Support top management on decision making: make or buy, cost analysis on alternative, return on Investments
**Your Profile**:
- Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- 2/3 years of experience in the same role into multinational companies
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP R3 (modules CO and MM) is a plus
- Organization and planning skills
- Team working and results orientation
