Advertising Sales Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:
We are looking for two **SALES MANAGERS WITH MEDIA AGENCIES** with:

- minimum 3 years in a digital advertising sales role dealing with media agencies,
- excellent relationships with the agencies within their portfolio (planners and managers/lead)
- very good knowledge of programmatic advertising and possibly performance marketing too
- fluent Italian and good English, both written and spoken

**THE OFFER**:

- Work Location: MILAN
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days at the office and 2 -remote. Can be flexible and discussible)
- Training: Continuous training
- Salary Range: €35-50k per year + bonuses, but we would be happy to consider higher salaries based on seniority and skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and focus on increasing revenue
- Conduct client surveys and background checks to detect advertising history, preferences and needs
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches to clients
- Sustain long-lasting relationships with existing clients
- Identify client needs
- Provide expert recommendation and advice to customers on suitable advertising services
- Prospect New Business to increase our customer base
- Determine new sales opportunities
