One Works is a multidisciplinary design and consultancy firm of over 140 architects, urban designers, engineers, and specialist consultants. Our experience is extensive, covering aviation, transportation, retail, leisure, and commercial development sectors of the market with projects ranging from large masterplans and new build developments to complicated refurbishments of existing buildings. Our growing portfolio of Italian and international projects leads us to seek an Italian-English bilingual Communications professional to work on a range of exciting new outputs.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the annual plan;
- develop and implement a communications strategy that will differentiate the practice in the market;
- Hands-on management of the One Works website, intranet, and social media channels;
- Manage and develop all thought leadership content output;
- Identify and support thought leadership opportunities for key members of staff;
- Support Events and Workshops with ad hoc communication
- Work with the directors and design leaders to disseminate a regular flow of news updates and commentary on activity across all sectors.
- Proof and edit outgoing documents/reports, including competition entries;
- Assist the PR Manager to draft and issue press releases and help manage our involvement in external publications;
- Assisting the HR team with internal community communications;

- excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail;
- excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines;
- excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams and independently;
- able to showcase some real creative communication across multiple channels;
- confident under pressure and able to respond to and prioritise demands;
**Must have**:

- At least five years’ experience of delivering B2B communication strategies;
- Interest in and knowledge of the architectural sector and culture,
- Relevant degree or postgraduate qualifications;
- Italian-English bilingual - both written and verbal communication abilities;
**Beneficial**:

- Knowledge of motion graphics software and video editing;
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs; InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
