F&B MANAGER

per struttura alberghiera di lusso.

La persona selezionata si occuperà di:

- Supervisione del locale e del servizio
- Organizzazione del servizio ristorativo Colazioni, Lunch, Dinner ed Eventi
- Selezione e formazione del personale
- Monitoraggio del rispetto delle normative igienico sanitarie
- Ordini
- Monitoraggio KPI e del food cost
Ricerchiamo persone in possesso di esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo in hotel 4/5 stelle, con conoscenza della lingua inglese e con forti doti organizzative e di leadership.

Orario: full time

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
