We continue our heritage through the development of our ski, mountain bike, outdoor equipment, and têxtile ranges._ _Our ambition is to be the benchmark for mountain sports in both summer and winter._ _ _ Based in Milan we are seeking a*Footwear and Bags Demand And Supply Planner *M/W to be a part of our inclusive mountain-loving team at Rossignol. *Join our exciting journey and let's create the most exceptional outdoor experiences in all seasons * *The role :* The Softgoods Footwear and Bags Demand and Supply Planner follows the Rossignol footwear & bags supply and demand planning processes reporting to the Process and Planning Mnaager. You will be responsible for procuring supply to achieve our service KPIs to customers and inventory objectives, starting from forecast and analysing the demand. You will work to meet our deliveries from vendors to customers. You will be responsible for all activities linked to the Buying and Demand process: forecast collect, forecast tool, buy calendar, CS subsidiaries orders check, buy plan, buy quantity definition against production requirements and inventory situation, buy confirmation process, and negotiation with the sourcing office.It's a real opportunity to have a full overview of the total operations processes. *Your missions will include :* *1- Demand Planning:*
- Generate seasonal forecast at various levels (top down / bottom up) using historical data, trend, key account sales plans, and product lifecycles.
- OTB meetings and agreement with DTC
- Relationship with sales managers for fcst accuracy, trends, reorders
- In season fcst for reorders business
- Calendar management and updates
- Propose seasonal analysis on line efficiency (ABC, bias, seasonal benchmarking, DWs weight and efficiency )
- Strong relationship with sales ops and sales team *2- Supply Planning:*
- Recommend and execute product purchases based upon demand inputs and other crucial supply planning criteria (current inventory levels, vendor capacity, minimums, and buy readiness).
- Develop strong collaborative internal and external relationships to drive a supply plan to support the financial forecast.
- Ensure on-time and in-full deliveries that support inventory targets.
- Analyse and provide input regarding supply-demand match—partner with sales, merchandising, and global production to implement strategies to evaluate opportunities and risks.
- Be the liaison between sales, customer service, logistics, demand planning, sourcing hubs, and merchandising to ensure overall plan execution.
- Continually monitor demand needs and supply timing to identify issues and opportunities. Adjust supply timing as needed to improve service to customers and / or meet inventory objectives.
- Perform system administrative duties for purchase orders maintenance.
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
- Codification inputs in our ERP system *About you :* - Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related Analytical Discipline - 1+ years of supply and demand planning or related experience, preferably in a mid to large-size Softgoods-related company. - Experience in forecasting, planning, and/or reporting systems. - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, etc). Experience in other analytical or visualization tools a plus (Tableau, Power BI). - Good communication skills, fluent English - written and spoken (Italian is also an asset) - A self-starter, you are known for working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing environment. - Strong analytical skills; you enjoy to pay attention to detail. - Team player and collaborative spirit, good peer-to-peer collaboration experience with stakeholders at all levels and backgrounds - Embrace change proactively takes action to prepare the team to respond to changes. - Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
