This is a fantastic strategic opportunity for a Lean Expert to lead digital transformation initiatives. With a deep understanding of lean principles, you will establish a lean culture for digital platforms within Global Supply Chain.

As Lean Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, focusing on lean principles and continuous process improvement.
- Leading and manage cross-functional teams responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives across departments and business units.
- Identifying process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the management of digital platforms, developing innovative solutions to optimize performance and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Establishing a lean culture by promoting and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement, waste reduction, and problem-solving among digital teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to define performance metrics, KPIs, and targets to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives and lean practices.
- Providing expert guidance in the implementation and adoption of lean methodologies, such as value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, visual management, standardized work, specifically tailored to digital operations.
- Conducting training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to build capabilities of lean principles among internal teams and end users
- Keeping updated on industry trends, technologies, best practices in lean management and digital transformation, to drive innovation and improvement
- Monitoring progress and impact of digital transformation initiatives and lean projects, implementing a data driven/lessons learned and feedback culture

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, computer science)
- Have significant experience of leading digital transformation initiatives and establishing lean cultures in Supply Chain within large organizations.
- Have extensive knowledge and practical experience in lean methodologies, tools, and practices, specifically applied to digital operations and platforms.
- Demonstrate excellent Leadership and Project Management skills
