In order to strengthen our PMO team, we are looking to hire a Program Manager, based in Maranello (Italy). In this position, you will be responsible for definition and development of the PMO workflows, ensuring company standards and specific guidelines, and ensuring status reports and follow-up on project milestones as well as the day-to-day activities for the team.

In particular, you will contribute with the different business areas in order to develop targets and priorities for our programs, setting deadlines and project deliverables as well as potential risks and resource allocation. You will receive target of the project from technical teams and departments, and you will monitor budget, timing and activities.

As part of the team, you will be working with different internal inter-functional teams to achieve the project objectives.

**Required profile**

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results, and completed your Master-degree in Management Engineering or Vehicle Engineering. Additional qualifications or certifications (for example PMP, Agile, Scrum) may be an advantage.

You will ideally have some prior experience gained through projects or professional work. In this role, your technical knowledge on MS Excel and MS Project is mandatory.

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and in a structured and methodical may. In this role you will interact with colleagues from different departments (engineering and business), therefore organizational, communication and relational skills are key. Last but not least, your curiosity to develop, test, improve or the question are always required in order to be able to deliver.

Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must-have, Italian language skills are an advantage, whilst your motivation to learn Italian will allow you to integrate better and faster.
