**Demand Planner Analyst**:
JOB MISSION

Provide a strategic support to the demand planning function in regards to sales data understanding throughout analysis, and insights to help decision making process, in alignement with Company' sustainable values.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Intelligence
Creation of dashboard to analyse demand pattern.
Definition of KPI/Report relevant for the S&OP process.
Preparing detailed reports for executives to effectively communicate patterns, predictions and trends.
Data Visualisation.

Forecast
Support data collections and analytics needed to forecast standard assortment and new items.
Support launches and promotional activities by providing analysis on historical data to make sales estimation.
Support in go-live and roll-out of the DFS (demand forecasting system).

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Support in creating the monthly product baseline and sales trend definition for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process management.

Stock level Head Quarter
Support in monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Coordinate delisting and availability management (phase in / phase out) in case of relaunch or replacement of existing lines.
Regular monitoring of inventory quality.

Stock level Business Unit
Supervise the local distribution plan in cooperation with the local marketing/inventory manager.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Demand Planning / Business analyst.
Basics on forecasting techniques & forecast analyses.
POWER BI knowledge.
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Fluent English is a must, any additional language is a plus.
Bachelor or Master Degree.
Excellent attention for detail and analytical skills.
Action oriented, with a clear focus on respecting deadlines.
Collaborative & supportive approach.
Ability to prioritize the job, between daily responsibilities and time-sensitive requests.
Problem solving, proactivity and attitude to “make things happen”.
Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with different people at all levels.
Self-motivated attitude.
