**Job Description**:
**Your tasks**:

- Manual and automated newsletters planning, product selection, mailing creation & banner briefing
- Implementation of initiatives e.g. for the bonus program, savings plan, calendar, customer survey including effectiveness analysis
- Updating central mailing plan in cooperation with central teams like Direct Marketing, CRM, Purchase and Vendor Management
- Analysis of mailing KPIs and ongoing mailing optimization, A/B testing
- Ongoing optimization of automated newsletter campaigns (for zooplus & bitiba) incl. feedback to central departments concerning central concepts
- Execution of process of print mailings from conception, agency selection, coupon code generation, customer segmentation until send-out and results analysis

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or retail environment
- Strong understanding of Direct Marketing, ideally in e-commerce
- Ideally good understanding of analytical tools, e.g. optivo, Adobe or CRM-tool
- Fluent in English, Italian mother tongue level
- Experience with Selligent Marketing Cloud would be a plus
