**JUNIOR HELP DESK**

**Attività principali**
- Diagnosi e risoluzione di problematiche tecniche di primo livello (hardware, software, stampanti, rete, ecc.)
- Supporto all’installazione e configurazione di postazioni di lavoro

**Requisiti**
- Diploma di scuola superiore, preferibilmente in ambito tecnico (informatica, elettronica, telecomunicazioni)
- Eventuale breve esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo costituirà titolo preferenziale
- Buone competenze informatiche di base (Windows, pacchetto Office, reti)
- Predisposizione al problem solving e al contatto con l’utente
- Precisione, affidabilità e spirito di collaborazione

**Orario: giornaliero**

**Luogo: Medolla (MO)**

**Si offre inziale contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione, scopo assunzione diretta.**
