**About the Role**:
As our **Social Media Manager**, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing Helika’s social media strategy. We need someone who is deeply immersed in the web3 and gaming communities, understands the trends, and can confidently manage our social platforms. You’ll interact with influencers, comment on industry movements, and add legitimacy to our brand by speaking the lingo of web3 and gaming. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to grow alongside an ambitious early-stage startup.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Helika’s social media accounts (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.) and develop strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Create engaging content that resonates with audience
- Engage prospects, studios and KOL’s with value driven commenting
- Create and follow content calendar
- Comfortable setting and hitting KPI’s including daily commenting, posts, etc.
- Stay on top of gaming and web3 trends, interacting with the community in a casual but knowledgeable manner.
- Create and schedule posts that highlight Helika’s insights, products, and industry news.
- Engage with key influencers, partners, and industry leaders to grow Helika’s brand visibility.
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and report on social media performance, using data to inform strategy and optimize engagement.
- Collaborate with our Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to create cohesive messaging.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with creative campaigns and content ideas.
- Assist with live social media coverage for Helika events, announcements, and webinars.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in web3, gaming, or tech.
- A passion for web3, blockchain, and gaming; active in relevant communities is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of how to engage audiences on different platforms and create on-brand content.
- Ability to write in a clear, casual, and engaging tone, fitting with our audience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple platforms and accounts, keeping content fresh and exciting.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a hunger to build something from the ground up, taking full ownership of social channels.
- Willingness to grind and grow with the company as we scale.
- A creative thinker who is unafraid to try new strategies and ideas.
