Method Job agenzia per il lavoro ricerca per importante scuola di inglese per bambini sita a Roma nord,

un/una ACADEMIC COORDINATOR.

La figura, in affiancamento allo staff direzionale e con il supporto di sistemi gestionali interni, svolgerà le seguenti mansioni:

- coordinamento della didattica, assicurando il corretto svolgimento dei corsi;
- accoglienza dei partecipanti;
- selezione e la formazione degli/delle insegnanti;
- supervisione delle stesura delle pagelle degli iscritti;
- valutazione dell'andamento delle classi di iscritti, sia tramite la somministrazione di test ai partecipanti, sia tramite azioni di follow-up per valutare l'indice di gradimento;
- supplenza in caso di assenze del corpo docente.

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI:

- diploma/laurea
- italiano madrelingua o proficiency (scritto e parlato)
- conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese (livello C2, scritto e parlato) che sarà testata in fase di colloquio;
- empatia
- ottime doti di flessibilità, proattività e problem solving
- abilità creative

REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI:
Esperienze professionali nell'insegnamento infantile sono considerate un plus.

SI OFFRE
- Percorso di formazione interno;
- Iniziale part-time pomeridiano 30 h settimanali (lun-ven) con disponibilità a lavorare, su turni, il sabato mattina e, solo in via occasionale, il sabato pomeriggio.

Si offre inserimento diretto da parte del cliente, a partire da settembre, tramite contratto a tempo determinato finalizzato all'indeterminato.
