I nostri principali servizi:

- International and domestic transport
- Groupage through 200 cross-docking terminals
- Less-than-truckload (LTL)
- Full truckload (FTL)

Per la nostra sede di Modena stiamo ricercando un **Operations Assistant**

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Logistica E-commerce: pianificazione degli ordini, attività di reporting, controllo ed evasione ordini, entrata delle merci,
- Costante e proattiva interfaccia con il cliente
- Gestione delle criticità ed individuazione di anomalie di processo
- Reporting su attività di collaboratori esterni e fornitori

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Diploma
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese
- La conoscenza della lingua tedesca costituirà un plus
- Esperienza di almeno 1-3 anni nel ruolo
- Comprovata conoscenza di strumenti Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
